Kyndryl Offensive Security is seeking a distinguished professional to lead our Microsoft Active Directory domain as the Topic Leader. This pivotal role serves as the central point of contact for our global team, tasked with advancing our capabilities, enhancing security protocols, and leading innovations in the field.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $134,160 to $254,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different appliable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $147,600 to $305,880

Colorado: $134,160 to $254,880

New York City: $161,040 to $305,880

Washington: $147,600 to $280,320

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Who You Are

Who You Are

A security professional who is certified, experienced and can be a true ambassador of Kyndryl to the global markets. Provide training and mentorship. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the internal offensive security team, enhancing their skills and knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory attacks and defenses.

Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Microsoft Active Directory within the offensive security team. Lead and coordinate global initiatives to bolster security measures and procedures. Proactively identify and research new vulnerabilities in Microsoft Active Directory. Develop innovative approaches and techniques to exploit these vulnerabilities in a controlled and ethical manner.Lead and execute red team operations focusing on Microsoft Active Directory to assess and enhance defensive mechanisms through simulated adversary attacks.

Provide expert advice and guidance to team members on complex attack strategies and problem-solving within the domain of Microsoft Active Directory.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

  • 7-10 year’s of progressive experience in extensive experience in offensive security, particularly with Microsoft Active Directory. Proven track record of vulnerability discovery and exploitation.

  • Required to be certified in possess CISSP, OSCP, and OSEP certifications. OSCE3 certification.

  • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, adept at creating training materials and presenting complex information to diverse audiences.

  • Draft, revise, and approve security standards and procedures specific to Microsoft Active Directory. Ensure these are aligned with current best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Represent Kyndryl at relevant security conferences as a speaker and thought leader. Engage with the wider security community to share insights and learn from peers.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in leading global security teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive security initiatives across large organizations.

  • Proficient in public speaking and able to articulate complex security topics at major conferences.
