Responsibilities:

• Be the Brand ambassador for our culture, demonstrating an eagerness to embrace Hyatt’s Purpose of CARE and bring them to life through our Shared Values to colleagues.

• Assist with the drafting of job descriptions for new roles and updating for the existing roles once approved by the team.

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and follow the start to finish process of the new colleagues onboarding.

• Arrange as well as participate in employee engagement and events.

• Contribute to implement our values in our daily tasks and procedures.

• Support the Human resources department in organizing employee workshops and trainings.

• Updating accurate training records for all learning initiatives conducted at the hotel.

• Assist in tracking records and data.

• Maintain accurate records of all documentation pertaining to the HR department to ensure 100% compliance to local laws, company regulations and any other statutory requirements.

• Support the team in administration of the colleague benefits program (EVP, Total Rewards).

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Preference to multilingual candidates
