National Marrow Donor Program Sales Operations Analyst - Remote-2400003G in Minneapolis, Minnesota

POSITION SUMMARY:Please apply online using a laptop or desktop computer.This role will play a critical part in optimizing our sales processes, managing Salesforce data, and supporting our Relationship Management team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business development, marketing, sales, or operations, coupled with 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce.From ideation to implementation and enablement, the Sales and Customer Enablement Team supports Customer facing teams in achieving their KPIs and growing customer relationships. We do this by helping to define the Capabilities needed, the Process for executing the strategy, and the technology to make it happen. This position can be remote (US) or hybrid. #LI-Remote #LI-HybridCheck out our video Saving Lives: It's the Best Job EverACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop and implement Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to drive performance.Take ownership of lead management processes, ensuring timely and accurate upload of leads into Salesforce.Maintain data integrity within Salesforce by identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors.Serve as the liaison between the Business Stakeholders and Salesforce IT teams, representing business needs and requirements effectively.Submit and manage tickets related to Salesforce issues or enhancements and conduct thorough testing of new features or configurations.Perform funnel analysis to identify areas for optimization and improvement in the sales process.Build and document processes related to Salesforce usage and data management, ensuring standardization and efficiency.Provide ongoing support and training to the Relationship Management team, answering Salesforce questions and offering guidance as needed.Demonstrate obsessive attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks and deliverables.Assist our Customer Experience and Engagement team with various projects.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and implement innovative solutions.Service mindset with a willingness to jump in and help others.Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a cross-functional work environment.
