*Responsibilities *

   Work in a production cell team environment with other team members and personnel.

   Safely operate production machinery according to company safety standards and written instructions.

   Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure production deadlines are met.

   Move supplies in production cells weighing up to 30 pounds repeatedly.

   Perform small part assembly on the production line with close attention to detail.

   Communicate effectively and follow specific process instructions and safety rules.

   Manage equipment and material loading and unloading for production processes.

Qualifications

   3-6 months of production experience in machine operations preferred but not required.

   Must pass a drug test and background check prior to training.

   Willingness and ability to work 6 days per week and up to 8-12 hour shifts with consistent overtime.

   Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment working with both hands simultaneously.

   Proficiency in reading instruction sheets or monitors and following directions for company standards.

   Must be able to pass a Dexterity Test,repeatedly lift and move 30-pound boxes,and stand for the duration of the shift (up to 8-12 hours).

$21.06 Per Hour

*Schedule *

Swing Shift I 1:45pm - 10:00pm I Monday Friday | Overtime As Needed

Grave Shift I 9:45pm - 6:00am I Monday Friday | Overtime As Needed
