Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know Client Care Liaison Responsibilities Responsible for initiating contact with new clients upon notification from the Intake Department Answer and triage telephone calls coming into the staffing department Monitor the EMR system and complete daily attendance verification Prepare, monitor, and distribute open case/client coverage report for the Client Service Staffers and Supervisors Communicate scheduling and/or service changes to clients, payors and caregivers as needed Qualifications Client Care Liaison Qualifications Previous home health care or home care experience highly desirable High School or GED required Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus
